This is the All-New Code Ground Up Build for 2023!
The ROVE APP is designed specifically for the ROVE R2-4K, R2-4K PRO, and ROVE R3 models.
The ROVE Dash Cam app allows seamless wireless connection between your ROVER2-4K, R2-4K PRO, and R3 dash cameras and your smartphone using the WiFi Feature. This enables you to conveniently access live videos within the 10m WiFi range from the dash cam, customize your dashcam settings, remotely update firmware, and much more. Additionally, it provides the ability to download recorded videos and effortlessly share them with your friends and family across various platforms.
The ROVE app comprises four main sections:
<ul>
<li>LIVE VIDEO - View, start, or stop live video recording directly from your smartphone.</li>
<li>DASHCAM VIDEO - Access recorded videos and photos on your smartphone.</li>
<li>LOCAL VIDEO - Store downloaded footage and images on your smartphone, and easily share them with others via popular platforms like WhatsApp and Facebook. You can also view live location and speed in Google Maps using the built-in GPS feature.</li>
<li>DASH CAM SETTING - Conveniently adjust dash cam video and system settings on your smartphone for easy setup using a larger screen.</li>
</ul>
Connecting the ROVE app to your devices is a breeze:
<ol>
<li>Turn on the WiFi feature on the compatible ROVE dashcam from the system settings.</li>
<li>In your smartphone's WiFi settings, connect to the ROVE WiFi network using the default password "12345678".</li>
<li>Once the connection is successful, open the app, and it will automatically sync to the dash cam that you have connected via WiFi.</li>
